Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders (UAE & KSA):

  • You agree to be available to receive and pay for the order
  • Repeated refusal, non-response, or failed delivery attempts may result in:
    • Order cancellation
    • Restrictions
    • Permanent suspension of COD services

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, SALMAXA is no longer responsible for any loss, delay, or damage during transit, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 7 — REPLACEMENT POLICY

SALMAXA follows a replacement-first policy for eligible cases.

  • Issues must be reported within 24–48 hours
  • Video proof may be required
  • Product must remain in its original condition
