By placing an order with SALMAXA, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


📦 1. Replacement Eligibility

All products undergo quality checks before dispatch.

You are eligible for a FREE replacement only if you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item

⏱ 1.2 Reporting Time

All issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

📌 Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

📌 Important:
Video proof is mandatory. Requests without valid proof may be rejected.


Step 2: Verification

  • Our team will review your request
  • Troubleshooting assistance may be provided if needed
  • Once approved, the replacement process will begin

📌 SALMAXA reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on verification results.


🔁 3. Replacement Options

Option A – Self Return

📧 To proceed with a self-return, contact us first at support@salmaxa.com for instructions.

Requirements:

  • Original packaging
  • All accessories included
  • Product in original condition

👉 Replacement will be shipped within 24 hours after inspection approval


Option B – Courier Pickup (Recommended)

  • Pickup arranged from your location after approval
  • Replacement shipped within 24–48 hours after pickup

📌 Customer must ensure secure packaging to prevent transit damage.


🚫 4. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will be rejected if:

  • Request is made after 48 hours
  • Product is used, damaged by the customer, or mishandled
  • Original packaging or accessories are missing
  • Issue arises from improper use or failure to follow instructions
  • Damage occurs after delivery

🚫 5. Change of Mind

We do not offer replacements for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

💳 6. Refund Policy

SALMAXA operates on a replacement-first policy.

👉 Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued under exceptional circumstances.

📌 If a replacement is not possible, SALMAXA may offer:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (at our sole discretion)
