Option A – Self Return

Requirements:
- Original packaging
- All accessories included
- Product in original condition
👉 Replacement will be shipped within 24 hours after inspection approval
Option B – Courier Pickup (Recommended)
- Pickup arranged from your location after approval
- Replacement shipped within 24–48 hours after pickup
📌 Customer must ensure secure packaging to prevent transit damage.
🚫 4. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will be rejected if:
- Request is made after 48 hours
- Product is used, damaged by the customer, or mishandled
- Original packaging or accessories are missing
- Issue arises from improper use or failure to follow instructions
- Damage occurs after delivery

We do not offer replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect selection by the customer
